My opinion : Tyler Bramlett did a great job on this, when I first saw the guy… I was not sure. He proved me wrong. If you like Crossfit then you will love CT-50. What CT-50 bring to me as a Coach??? – Creativity and Intensity – … and a 6 packs abs 😉
What do you need for the workout program?
To complete CT-50…Bodyweight, a dumbbell and a TRX or pull-up bar is all you will need with this great workout program.
How does the Program works?
CT-50 is broken down into 5 different levels. There is 10 fat burning workouts per level and each level is more challenging than the one before it. Once you reach the tenth and final routine in level one, you check your progress with your first “Challenge Workout.” There’s one of these “Challenge Workout” for each level, and it’s there to give you a signal whether you’re ready to move on to the next level of CT-50 to get in shape.
The CT-50 program really does show you everything from how to why you should do each step.
Tyler Bramlett show how to develop your flexibility and mobility, how to correct any physical imbalance, develop your core and strengthen all areas of the body including the neck and grip. You’ll have to keep in mind that this cross training workouts will also transform your body into a ripped machine.
